The Pinnacle Process
Step 1: Get in Touch for a Free Estimate
Give us a call at the office or fill out this form and we’ll schedule a time to come out and review the details of your property, then provide a free estimate on any services you may need.
Step 2: Cleaning Day
Once you’ve approved your estimate, we’ll schedule your cleaning day. You can expect a call from us the day before to remind you that we’ll be coming. Depending on the size of your job, you can expect 1-4 friendly cleaning technicians to arrive. If we’re cleaning your exterior windows, please ensure someone is there to let us in. If the cleaning is all exterior, we’ll get started as soon as we arrive! We guarantee we will leave your home leagues more beautiful than we found it when we arrived.
Step 3: Follow Up
We’ll call to follow up with you and ensure that everything you hoped for was accomplished during our visit. If there is anything you need, we’ll make sure to make it right. We’re here at the office from 8 am - 4 pm, five days a week, so if there’s anything you need before, during, or after your cleaning, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
